Thanksgiving Food Boxes

Providing food boxes to families at Thanksgiving is a yearly tradition. Approximately 350 boxes are distributed every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. In 2018, we provided 364 boxes, serving over 1,000 people.

Donations to support this program are gratefully accepted! Non-perishable foods and cash can be donated at our Stapleton Road facility or through the parishes.

We serve residents living within the Vancouver and Evergreen school district boundaries. To register for a food box, families must call our office (360-694-5388). For 2019, we will begin to accept registrations for food boxes on Monday, November 4. Boxes will be ready for pick up on Saturday, November 23.

In addition to our daily operation of providing food and clothes to the poor, the Vancouver St. Vincent de Paul Society Conference also conducts several Special Programs to further help needy families in Clark County.
